servo init
This command initiates a full servo initialization sequence. When complete
the servo is precicely located 1 mm away from the 'home' positon tab and the
current servo postion is exactly zero microns.
A servo initialization sequence proceeds as follows:
(1) If not already at the home tab, move toward the home tab at the velocity
specified by the servo parameter 'Mspeed' (in mm/sec).
(2) Stop when the home tab is reached.
(3) Move off the home tab at a constant velocity of 2 mm/sec.
(4) Stop immediately when home tab is cleared.
(5) move exactly 1 mm away from the home tab and set this new position as
exactly zero.
The only exception to the steps described above is when the servo begins
initialization on the 'away' tab. In this case, the servo first moves slowly
off the away tab at a constant rate of 2 mm/sec until the away tab is cleared.
The servo then stops immediately, then proceeds with the steps above.
